It is actually your track Jive XG back in 1995. If you gave him permission individually, disregard this. If you haven’t, he could have made some money from it that actually belongs to you.
Hello Sam!
In the early 1980’s we worked together in the music program at BYU (Young Ambassadors 1980-81), and briefly recording at Guy Randle’s there in Provo, and in your pop group with Kurt Bestor. Do you remember me now? I am currently living in the Washington, DC area and performing with both the Mormon Choir of Washington and the Mormon Orchestra of Washington as a singer and a percussionist. Last year, I came across your arrangement of “Los Pastores a Belen” with David Archuleta. Would it be possible to somehow obtain a copy of this arrangement for the Mormon Choir and Orchestra to perform here next year? Please drop me a line at your convenience, Sam. It would be great to hear from you again. P.S. How is Tammy?
Dear Sam,
I am The Artistic Director for a 100-voice community choir called Resounding Harmony in Dallas, Texas. Each concert we perform is a benefit for a non-profit organizations here in Dallas. We’ve sung for The Wounded Warriors Project, Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of North Texas, The Down Syndrome Guild of North Texas, The North Texas Food Bank……among others. We’re proud to say we’ve raised over $200,000 for these amazing organizations…..we like to say, “We’re Giving Where We’re Living!”
Our next concert in June benefits CASA: Court Appointed Special Advocates. On an average day in Dallas county, more than 2,000 abused and neglected children live in foster care. CASA volunteers are the powerful voices for these neglected and abused kids in court.
I’ve just been listening to your “Happy Medley,” performed by The Mormon Tabernacle Choir! It would be perfect for our concert! Has it been published? Is there any way we could perform this medley?
It would be a great addition to our concert repertoire for this performance!

I think I found a copyright infringement in your favor. This man is selling a mixed version of your song without crediting you:
